Green Leaf Tobacco Threshers Limited operates an ultra-modern tobacco threshing and processing facility spread across approximately 5 hectares. The plant houses a processing line covering nearly 10,000 square meters, reflecting the scale and seriousness of the company’s operations.

The facility is designed with a threshing capacity of 4,000–5,000 kgs per hour for exports and re-drying as well, enabling Green Leaf to service large global manufacturers while also supporting domestic needs.

Over the years, this robust infrastructure and disciplined execution have helped Green Leaf maintain long-standing relationships with global tobacco industry leaders, built on consistency, quality, and reliability.

Large-Scale Processing Facility – Ultra-modern threshing plant spread across 5 hectares with ~10,000 sq. m. of processing area.
High Threshing Capacity – 4,000–5,000 kgs/hour for export consignments and re-drying as well.
Dedicated Redrying Plant – Located at Chilakaluripet with a capacity of 4,000 kgs/hour (green through input), remindered with automated systems.
Automated Pressing Systems – Ensures uniform packing and moisture stability for export consignments.
Extensive Storage Infrastructure – Warehousing and godowns capable of storing 5,000 bales as primary storage and up to 15,000 bales as secondary capacity.
